The E-zekiel Church Management iPhone application provides comprehensive access to essential features of the Church Management System (ChMS) for use on mobile devices, facilitating church administration on the go.

People Management Features:

• Create and manage individual profiles.
• Access comprehensive lists of all members and groups, equipped with profile picture thumbnails.
• Utilize the application as a church directory, contingent upon enabled settings.
• View detailed information for each individual, including personal details, contact information, dates, custom fields, and family connections.
• Tap on profile images to upload or change photos.
• Edit all data fields, including custom attributes.
• Manage group memberships by adding or removing individuals.
• Add and modify notes related to individuals.
• Generate a summary report ready for printing via AirPrint.
• Synchronize individual contact information with device contacts.

Self Check-in Functionality:

• Allows individuals to check in near the church premises, enabling pre-printed labels to be prepared in advance for a streamlined entry process.

Interaction Tracking:

• Review lists of completed, outstanding, and personal interactions requiring attention.
• Edit and update information for outstanding interactions.
• Assign new interactions or log activities related to members or visitors.

Attendance Management:

• Add or modify attendance records for specific groups.
• Include visitors currently registered in the system or create new visitor profiles.
• Access additional options by swiping left on a member’s name for quick management actions.

Mass Communication:

• Send group emails en masse.
• Distribute mass SMS and voice messages; note that configuration may require setup through the web platform.

The app also enables members to make donations directly through the platform, supporting streamlined giving processes.
